Your Tasks
- Take part in the Dürr Group Finance Graduate Program starting October 2025;
- The 16-month program offers a comprehensive insight into various financial areas including: accounting, treasury , controlling both locally and in global structures;
- You will actively participate in an innovative area dealing with the automation and creation of new financial processes at the global level of Dürr;
- During your 4-month stay abroad, you will gain experience in an international environment;
- You will be able to shape the course of the program according to your own interests and development needs;
- You will receive mentorship from the management team;
- We offer an extensive education and training program along with international networking meetings;
- At the end of the program, we will jointly determine your target job position within the company.
Your Skills
- Master's degree in economics, business administration, business informatics or comparable qualification with emphasis on project management
- Practical experience gained through a job, internship, thesis or student activity, preferably in an industrial company.
- International experience gained through work or study abroad;
- Fluency in English, German will be an advantage;
- Strong communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills;
- Strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills with a strong love of numbers and data;
- IT skills;
- Willingness to travel internationally, mobility;
- High commitment, motivation, willingness to take responsibility;
- Entrepreneurial mindset;
- Self-reliance and an organized way of working.
