Your role and responsibilities
We are a leader in designing and manufacturing modern solutions for rail transport, and our Motion Traction division specializes in traction inverters that drive the future of mobility. We are currently seeking ambitious and committed individuals who want to grow in a dynamic production environment, supporting the implementation of innovative technologies and the improvement of production processes. Working in our team means direct involvement in projects with a high level of technical complexity, in an environment based on railway industry quality standards. In this role, you will have the opportunity to optimize the Production organization’s assembly methods, processes, and equipment to minimize labor hours in accordance with business strategies related to quality, efficiency, costs, and safety. Each day, you will ensure appropriate production methods, cycle time, equipment performance, and materials/components in support of production targets. You will also showcase your expertise by defining the working phase sequence of a new production process to achieve the targeted product cost and equipment investment budget.

You will be mainly accountable for:
Measuring and analyzing production processes in terms of efficiency, safety, and ergonomics; defining KPIs and identifying bottlenecks.
Shaping, planning, and optimizing production processes.
Planning and implementing new layouts with consideration for efficiency, health and safety regulations, and ergonomics.
Creating and updating ERP system data (SAP).
Solving technological problems and implementing changes in the designated production area.
Preparing project documentation, including process instructions, machine and equipment operation manuals, and checklists.
Continuously improving processes, developing new standards, implementing new technologies, and enhancing methods and tools to streamline production.
Transferring production, machines, and equipment.
Qualifications for the role:
Higher technical education – preferred fields: electronics and telecommunications, electrical engineering, mechanics, production engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry (electronics production, automotive; railway industry experience is a plus).
Knowledge of principles/methods for organizing and optimizing production processes: LEAN, SIX SIGMA. Familiarity with INDUSTRY 4.0, SMART MANUFACTURING, Value Stream Mapping (VSM) is a plus.
Proficiency in English for fluent communication (B2/C1).
Very good knowledge of MS Office (including VBA macros), AutoCAD. Familiarity with Solid Edge and AI-related topics is a plus.
Analytical thinking and determination in achieving goals. Creativity and innovation.
Ability to work in a team.
Category B driving license.
