We are looking for a Procurement Trainee to join our Poznań office.
Your future team:
As a Procurement Trainee , you’ll be a part of Group Sourcing and Procurement (GSP). Our team is a group of highly skilled procurement professionals with a strong business focus.

What you will be doing:
As the Procurement Trainee you'll be responsible for:
- stakeholder communication supporting supplier owners and category teams in achieving high compliance rates;
- process improvement and preparing support documentations;
- assisting suppliers throughout the compliance assessment process;
- support contracts process;
- verifying supplier compliance with internal requirements, escalating concerns, and following up with Category Managers on non-compliant cases;
- working with SAP and internal procurement systems.
What you bring:
- Current student status at a Polish university (Economy studies are preferred)
- Interest for working with people in an international environment;
- Fluency in English, Polish and preferably one other European language;
- Availability around 30h/week (minimum 20h/week);
- Problem solving, analytical skills;
- Structured working style, attention to details;
- High drive, flexibility and appreciation the freedom of planning your own work.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
