Desired Skills and Experience:
- 4-year degree required
- 1+ years of proven experience as a Presales Engineer/Junior Business Analyst/Customer Support Specialist/Business Development Representative with an interest in development in a more technical field
- English level Upper-Intermediate+
- Analytical skills

- Knowledge of BPMN
- Previous experience working with the following systems: CRM, ERP, marketing automation, accounting systems, workflow systems, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with sales and solution consultants to understand customer challenges, workflows, and business goals.
- Details required configurations for a customized demo flows that reflect real-world use cases relevant to the customer’s industry and needs.
- Sets up tailored demo instances using low-code/no-code tools e.g. customizes UI, business processes, analytics etc. to align with the customer’s needs based on detailed configurations.
- Ensures that demo data, automation, and UI components create a realistic user experience.
- Builds reusable demo components, templates, and workflows to streamline future presentations.
- Helps set up and configure PoC environments where customers can test-drive the product.
- Ensures PoC aligns with customer success criteria and technical requirements.
- Provides technical input for request for proposals (RFPs) and customer questionnaires.
- Works with product and solution consultancy teams to refine demo capabilities and address customer concerns.
