YOU WILL
- Strengthen and develop the existing PMO structure by implementing efficient governance, methodologies, and reporting practices.
- Evaluate and streamline current processes, tools, and templates to enhance project delivery performance.
- Oversee project portfolio management, ensuring strategic alignment and transparency.
- Support Project Managers with standardized frameworks, best practices, and hands-on guidance.
- Monitor project performance across the portfolio (timeline, risk, budget, benefits).
- Prepare consolidated reports and insights for senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Coordinate resource planning and support capacity management across projects.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the project community.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in project or portfolio management, including 2+ years in a PMO leadership role.
- Solid understanding of PMO models, governance frameworks, and delivery methodologies (e.g. PMI, PRINCE2, Agile).
- Experience in scaling or maturing PMO structures, ideally post-reorganization or transformation.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels of the organization.
- Fluency in English (C1 or higher).
- Proficiency in project management and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Excel).
- PMO certifications (e.g. P3O, MoP, PgMP) are a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 20%).
