About the Opportunity
For our Global Delivery Organization (GDO) in Krakow we are currently looking for a Planning and Scheduling Engineer, Intermediate/ Specjalista ds. Planowania i Harmonogramów to work within Energy & Environment International Business Group.
Key Responsibilities:
Creating schedule and understanding relationships between activities
Gather input from different teams to help keep the schedule up to date.
Assist in identifying delays and support the development of basic mitigation plans.
Highlight key schedule risks and opportunities to the project team.
Help process and organise technical, financial, and staffing data.
Learn and apply standard planning and scheduling procedures.
Work closely with other project controls and project team members to support deliverables.
Contribute to tracking project progress using earned value or similar methods (training provided if needed).
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in construction management, engineering, project management, or a related field.
Familiarity with planning/scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project (intermediate level).
Good written and spoken English communication skills.
Willingness to learn how to present planning/scheduling information clearly to different audiences.
Some experience or understanding of project planning concepts like Gantt charts, Critical Path, or earned value is a plus.
A collaborative attitude with the ability to work independently when needed.
Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and a proactive mindset.
