Your mission
As an Executive Assistant at BYD Poland, you will provide comprehensive support to the Country Manager, ensuring smooth management of schedules, communications, and strategic projects. You will act as a key liaison between the Country Manager, internal teams, and external stakeholders, maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage the Country Manager’s calendar, including meetings, appointments, travel, and corporate events.
- Prepare and coordinate documentation, presentations, reports, and internal and external communications.
- Filter and manage calls, emails, and requests addressed to the Country Manager.
- Facilitate communication and information flow between the Country Manager and other departments or external collaborators.
- Organize meetings, prepare minutes, follow up on action items, and maintain relevant documentation.
- Support and oversee administrative management of the executive office, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulations.
- Assist in planning and executing special projects assigned by the Country Manager.
- Maintain confidentiality of strategic and sensitive company information.
What You Bring
- University degree, preferably in Business Administration, International Relations, Communication, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in executive assistance, ideally in multinational companies or the automotive sector.
- Fluency in English, and Chinese are a must.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels with discretion and professionalism.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, Wecom, and business management systems.
- Flexible, proactive, and capable of working under pressure in dynamic environments.
- High level of confidentiality, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
