ABOUT THE ROLE
This role supports the BI & Reporting team with a focus on eCommerce and Omnichannel by executing recurring reporting tasks, maintaining data accuracy, and assisting in the preparation of performance reports. The position is functionally and disciplinarily linked to the BI & Reporting Manager but is physically located in the centralized Service Center in Poland. It focuses on standardized, operational tasks that contribute to business transparency and efficiency across the DACH region.
WHAT WILL YOU DO
- Maintain and update reporting templates and dashboards using tools such as SAP BW and Excel.
- Conduct basic performance tracking of eCommerce customers and platforms using predefined tools and metrics.
- Support the preparation of internal sales and customer reports for business planning and decision-making.
- Assist in the collection and consolidation of data for market monitoring (e.g., pricing)
- Perform keyword and traffic data extraction using tools like Similarweb, based on predefined parameters.
- Execute recurring tasks related to online presence tracking (e.g., product placement, promotions, search performance).
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of reports, data extracts, and master data across all relevant systems, supporting overall data quality and reliability.
- Support automation of recurring reports and contribute to documentation of reporting processes.
