Your future team:
As a part of the Office Management team you will support the organization on many different levels, you and your colleagues will play an important role in ensuring efficient operations. From giving support to customers and employees throughout our facilities to being part of contributing to the agenda for our senior managers, you make sure our business runs smoothly.
By acting with integrity and being professional, driven and self-sufficient, you will be successful with us. You can expect varied workdays filled with challenges, in an environment where the focus is on constant improvements.
What you will be doing:
- Perform receptionist duties, including welcoming guests in person or by telephone, answering and directing inquiries
- Maintain a professional image of the reception area and office
- Ensure the proper operation of office equipment by conducting preventive maintenance, coordinating repairs, and managing equipment inventories
- Oversee office supplies inventory and maintain smooth document flow
- Coordinate postal and courier services
- Provide administrative support for internal and external meetings, including management meetings held on-site
- Conduct research related to office management and operational matters
- Assist with the organization of office events and activities
- Manage access card orders for new employees
- Support the SSC office coordinator and managers with general administrative tasks
What you bring:
You are an energetic, communicative and open-minded person who enjoys working with people and creating a positive atmosphere. You bring a hands-on attitude, show initiative, and are eager to take responsibility and learn. Your strong organizational skills, willingness to support, and proactive approach make you a key part of the team. You enjoy variety in your day, handle tasks with attention to detail, and always bring a professional, service-oriented mindset. And also you have:
- University background - ideally after second year of Bachelor studies - you must have a minimum of one year of study ahead of you
- Good command of English both spoken and in written
- Availability to work at least 25h/week
