We are looking for a Medical Education Specialist to join our team in Poland. In this role, you’ll be responsible for implementing professional education events and activities in line with our strategic priorities. You’ll work closely with internal and external stakeholders, ensure compliance with legal and company regulations, and play a key role in supporting healthcare professional engagement across the region.

What you will be doing?

• Coordinate and deliver all local Professional Education events, including workshops, symposiums, exhibitions, and international meetings.

• Collaborate with Marketing and Commercial teams to shape and execute impactful education programs aligned with business objectives.

• Ensure compliance with internal policies, HCP contractual obligations, and local legal requirements.

• Manage logistical planning and execution of educational events, including budgeting and post-event reporting.

• Act as a first point of contact for HCPs, handling contract management, onboarding, and conflict resolution.

• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of educational activities and suggest improvements for future events.

• Serve as a local compliance liaison, supporting audits, training initiatives, and invoice processing.

• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, suppliers, and HCPs to ensure seamless event execution.

What will you need to be successful?

• Bachelor’s degree and experience in event planning, education, or compliance (medical industry preferred).

• Experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.

• Fluent English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and attention to detail.

• Proactive and service-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.

• Experience working in a multinational or cross-cultural environment is an asset.

• Knowledge of relevant compliance standards and documentation practices.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
