What You Can Expect
CMD Associate Specialist is responsible for maintenance of accurate and up-to-date Customer Master Data information within SAP system. This role ensures data quality, consistency, and compliance with data standards and internal procedures. By providing timely and precise data updates, you contribute directly to operational excellence and delivery of superior service and value to our customers.
How You'll Create Impact
- Maintain and update customer master data in SAP
- Understand and manage customer structures and hierarchies
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal policies
- Prepare reports and perform data analysis in SAP and Excel
- Collaborate with local and global teams to resolve data-related issues
- Participate in projects and SAP/process improvement initiatives
- Support the implementation of new tools and data management standards
What Makes You Stand Out
- Some hands-on experience working with customer master data in SAP
- Understanding of customer hierarchies and data structures
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) – daily communication in an international environment
- Good working knowledge of Excel (filters, pivot tables, formulas, etc.)
- Team-oriented attitude and good stakeholder communication skills
- Proactive approach and willingness to learn
Your Background
- Experience working on process improvements or SAP-related projects
- Familiarity with data governance or data quality concepts
- Interest in further developing within the master data area
