Job Description
As Marketing Art Director, you will be the creative force behind the visual identity of our games across all marketing channels. This role is deeply rooted in artistic direction — you will be responsible for crafting stunning, emotionally resonant visuals that capture the essence of our games and leave a lasting impression on players around the world.
You will lead the creation of key arts, beauty shots, screenshots, trailers, social assets, and promotional materials, ensuring that every visual element reflects a cohesive and compelling aesthetic. While you will work closely with Product, Marketing and Communication teams, your primary focus will be on visual storytelling, mood, style, and quality, not campaign planning or messaging strategy.
Your daily tasks:
Define and guide the artistic vision of all marketing visuals for our AA and AAA titles.
Collaborate with internal and external artists, editors, and motion designers to produce high-quality assets
Own the look and feel of key arts, beauty shots, screenshots, social creatives, and campaign visuals
Ensure visual consistency across all channels and maintain alignment with in-game art direction
Provide hands-on feedback and direction to elevate the creative output of the team
Translate game themes, characters, and emotions into striking visual storytelling
Partner with Product and Community teams — not to plan strategy, but to bring ideas to life visually
Setting quality standards and raising the bar for quality
Estimating time needed for production
Creating processes fostering efficient cooperation within the creative team and with Development
Qualifications
A seasoned Senior Art Director, Creative Director or Senior Artist with strong experience in visual design for games or entertainment
An expert in mood, composition, visual storytelling, and defining distinctive artistic styles
A creative leader who thrives on mentoring, inspiring, and getting hands-on when needed
Someone with a passion for visual excellence, not marketing strategy or campaign planning
A collaborative partner who can interpret creative briefs and bring bold ideas to life through visuals
Deep knowledge of the gaming market either through professional experience or personal passion, with understanding of various formats, channels and methods used to promote games.
