Position: Manual QA Engineer (API Testing)
We are seeking a highly skilled Manual QA Engineer with a strong background in API testing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of experience in manual QA and a passion for delivering high-quality software.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, create, and execute test cases and test plans for API testing.
- Analyze test results, document findings, and provide clear feedback to the development team.
- Collaborate closely with developers to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
- Communicate with third-party partners via email to support and troubleshoot API integrations.
- Maintain comprehensive test documentation (test cases, test plans, bug reports).
- Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and identify potential issues early.
- Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and best practices.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in manual QA testing, with a strong focus on API testing.
- Solid understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Proficiency in creating and managing test cases and test plans.
- Experience with API testing tools such as Postman, SoapUI, or JMeter.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.
- Language Skills:
- English – minimum B2 level
- Russian – required
- Ability to provide customer support via email for API integration issues.
