Responsibilities:
- Sorting incoming documentation / letters, scanning and archiving
- Replying to emails, inquiries from our clients
- Close cooperation with the accounting department
- Sending documents to customers and suppliers
- Supporting a supervisor in reporting, problem solving and projects improving work
Requirements:
- Very good knowledge of Polish and communicative knowledge of English
- Fast learning skill
- Ability to work alone and in a team
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Willingness and motivation for administrative and office work
- Ability to effectively manage work time and prioritize tasks
- Knowledge of MS Office will be an advantage
