The Live Operations team is part of the Revenue Operations department. We run a highly segmented calendar of monetization events, promotions, and direct communication campaigns reaching millions of users globally.
We are a small, high-impact team focused on boosting core engagement and revenue KPIs. As Tango rapidly scales its monetization capabilities, you will play a key role in driving the next wave of growth.
As a Live Operations & CRM Manager, you will manage in-app promotions and direct in-app campaigns from start to finish. You’ll configure events, launch communications, and track results across systems- ensuring that every campaign contributes to higher engagement, retention, and revenue.
Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Configuration
- Manage and execute the B2C LiveOps calendar, including events, offers, and seasonal promotions.
- Set up customer-facing campaigns using internal and third-party tools (push, email, in-app messages, chat, etc.).
- Coordinate with Product and Creative teams to ensure campaign readiness.
Optimization & Analysis
- Monitor performance across user segments and campaigns; suggest and implement improvements.
- Identify actionable growth opportunities to improve KPIs like conversion, retention, and lifetime value.
- Stay aligned with product updates to surface relevant monetization opportunities.
Communication Management
- Operate and optimize CRM communication channels: push, email, SMS, popups, chat.
- Maintain quality and timing of campaigns to reduce churn and increase impact.
Incident Monitoring
Respond to live in-app issues, helping identify, escalate, and resolve user-facing problems at scale.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a B2C, KPI-driven environment focused on customer lifecycle, CRM, or LiveOps.
- Experience setting up and operating user communications across channels (push, email, SMS, chat).
- Working knowledge of CRM systems, campaign logic, or in-app promotional tools.
- Strong technical literacy.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills.
- C1 level in both English and Russian is a must.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Economics, Business, Engineering, or similar) preferred.
Will be a plus:
- SQL knowledge;
- Command of Arabic language is a strong advantage.
