We are looking for a Middle Lawyer to join our team.
Job Description
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial contracts including supplier agreements, affiliate/partner agreements, white-label deals, software and licensing contracts, and NDAs;
- Collaborate with procurement, marketing, finance, and product teams to support day-to-day business operations;
- Support regulatory audits and ongoing license maintenance;
- Work closely with the compliance team to ensure alignment on AML, KYC, and advertising obligations;
- Assist with corporate housekeeping, including drafting board resolutions and maintaining corporate records.
Qualifications
- Master degree in law;
- 2+ years of experience in legal drafting, reviewing contracts and internal documents;
- Practical knowledge of compliance (KYC, AML, GDPR, internal policies, risk assessment);
- Experience in high risk industry will be a plus;
- Strong attention to detail, structured thinking, and ownership mindset.
- English level at least B2.
