Katowice is also the location for our second structure - the Regional Delivery Center, whose task is to serve the European markets of our clients, companies from the Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 rankings. As part of the structures, we are looking for specialists in the field of international accounting & tax, human resources and payroll, and global entity management. We also build teams that will be responsible for handling international funds and supporting internal financial processes of the TMF Group.
- Preparation of Luxembourg corporate tax returns, calculation of tax provisions and review of tax assessment;
- Maintenance of diverse tax records and the follow up on filing deadlines related to Luxembourg taxation for clients ‘companies;
- Ensure the preparation of the work on time with the required level of quality;
- Preparation and participation to internal and/or external trainings;
- Assist the client servicing units/teams with Direct Tax matters in their everyday work;
- Support Tax Manager in all the actual and new specific Direct Tax Compliance initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree (or University degree) in accounting, finance or tax with interest to learn and develop continually;
- Good understanding of accounting and legal environment is necessary;
- Excellent English written and verbal communication is required. Knowledge of German or French would be an advantage
- Good IT skills and excellent command of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) are necessary;
- From 1 to 2 years’ experience in corporate tax compliance;
- You are analytical, eager to learn and motivated by challenge;
- Flexible and open minded in work approach and display a positive and enthusiastic attitude;
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize;
- Ability to solve problems and work independently as team member.
