Responsibilities
- Processes AP invoices and raises queries with vendors and internal customers
- Analyses and reconciles accounts
- Manages AP related documentation
- Responsible for the consistent and ongoing adherence to guidelines and internal controls
- Investigates processing errors in the respective area of responsibility and drives resolution
- Reports operational issues (process or system related) to team lead
Desired Skills & Experience
- Basic knowledge of accounting and its principles
- Good knowledge of English and Polish (B2 level)
- Knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel
- Knowledge of a SAP environment (would be an asset)
- Can-do attitude with the ability to work as a team member and independently
