SCOPE OF THE ROLE
This is an exciting opportunity in which promising, high potential candidates will work in the DevOps Team.

Role and Responsibilities
- Monitor shared platforms and resolve support tickets
- Maintain secure, scalable, and highly available infrastructure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve monitoring, infrastructure, and incident response processes
- Implement observability tools to ensure system health, performance, and stability
- Apply security best practices (access controls, encryption, network protection)
- Provide DevOps support across local and remote teams
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Solid understanding of cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMWare, KVM, Docker)
- Experience working in Linux environments
- Proficiency with Git
- Hands-on with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible)
- Knowledge of security best practices, including encryption, access control, and network security
- Advanced problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment
- Proficiency in English
Nice-to -have:
- Internship or commercial experience in DevOps or Software Development
- Experience with Kubernetes and Argo CD
- Familiarity with observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, OpenTelemetry
- Exposure to DevOps toolchains (CI/CD, automation, orchestration, testing)
