A Day in the Life

Are you passionate about turning data into insights that drive real business impact? Join Regional ACEE VES as a Junior Business and Sales Analyst and help shape strategic decisions across the region. This is a great opportunity to develop further your hands-on experience in business analytics, digital engagement, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll work closely with remote sales, marketing, operations and channel innovation teams to support growth through data-driven planning and execution.

This is a full-time opportunity. The role is based in any location within ACEE region. No travel is required.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Analyze sales and business performance data to support strategic planning, forecasting and execution of Remote Sales
• Extract and consolidate data from multiple sources to build reports and dashboards that highlight trends and opportunities across 4 pillars of Digitalization
• Interpret data with clear business objectives in mind, helping to inform decisions and optimize processes
• Identify areas for improvement in current workflows and support project planning and coordination through data insights
• Contribute to the adoption of digital tools and reporting platforms across the region

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Recent graduate in a data-related field (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics)
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in English (written and spoken)
• Organized, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
• Experience working with multiple data sources (e.g., Salesforce CRM, Snowflake, SharePoint, local databases)
• Familiarity with Python, SQL, DAX, and dashboard creation tools like Power BI or Tableau
