About the Opportunity
International Payroll Supervisor (UK)
As Payroll Supervisor you'll play a key role in ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time, while also keeping the payroll team running smoothly. You will work with the Payroll Manager who supports payroll operations and processes. Key Responsibilities will be:
- Supervise international payroll team
- Oversee the payroll processing, ensure payroll is processed accurately and timely.
- Ensure compliance with payroll laws and regulations.
- Audit and approve payrolls.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, relevant to payroll requirements and internal controls.
- Communicate with internal customers to assist in resolving issues or questions.
- Partner with cross functional teams, HR, Benefits, IT and Finance to provide support as required.
- Provide payroll reporting as needed.
- Execute year end processing requirements as needed.
- Perform other country specific reconciliations and reporting.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Human Resources or Business Administration.
- Fluency in English, verbal and written.
- 5+ years of global payroll experience (including UK payroll experience), preferably with companies having 1,000+ employees.
- Practical knowledge of payroll processing, general payroll policy, government regulation and tax requirements.
- Intermediate to advanced software skill and experience with Microsoft Excel, including pivots, lookups, filtering and sorting.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership skills.
