The Mobile and Web Solutions department is one of the fastest-growing units, uniting nearly 300 professionals in various technologies. Job Description
- Lead infrastructure solution design during presales, including requirements analysis, estimations, and high-level architecture
- Provide technical supervision and architectural oversight during project initiation and delivery
- Act as a mentor and coach for en-gineering teams, fostering professional growth and driving knowledge sharing
- Conduct infrastructure audits, identify optimization opportuni-ties, and establish best practices across the company
- Participate in high-level technical interviews to ensure the recruitment of top-tier engineering talent
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in DevOps/Infrastructure Engineering, including at least 3 years in Architecture or Technical Lead roles
- Proven track record in presales or technical consulting for enterprise-level clients
- Successful delivery of infrastructure solutions from design to production in large-scale environments
- Experience conducting infrastructure audits and implementing improvements
- Demonstrated history of mentoring engineers and influencing technical direction
- Strategic thinking and the ability to connect business objectives with technical solutions
- Excellent presentation skills for both technical and executive audiences
- Expert-level experience with AWS, Azure, and/or GCP · Knowledge of Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, Azure Bicep, or similar tools
- Experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Argo CD, or similar
- Experience with Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, GKE), and Docker · Knowledge of Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, and OpenSearch
- Knowledge of cloud security best practices, identity and access management, compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR)
- Experience with VPC design, VPNs, load balancing, DNS, and CDN
- Knowledge of RDS, NoSQL, object storage solutions, and backup strategies
- Experience with integrating cloud with on-premises environments
- Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English and Ukrainian (both written and spoken)
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-project environment
