Division: Chief Information Security Office (CISO) – Identity & Access Management (IDAM)

You will be joining CISO in the Identity and Access Management (IDAM) team. IDAM oversees implementing, operating and managing all the access from, to or within the Euroclear IT infrastructure. This helps to ensure that everyone has access to the right resources at the right time for the right reasons – provided in a way which aligns to the increasingly meticulous compliance requirements Euroclear is subject to. Services covered by IDAM include access management, user lifecycle management, privileged access management and recertification, as well as providing delivery and advisory services.
Job description
Within IDAM Orchestration, we are looking for an IDAM admin support.
This team is covering different domains of activities that are transversal and support all the teams within IDAM.
This role involves facilitating the administration of external team members (consultants and contractors) for the IAME Programme. The goal is to assist with tasks such as ServiceNow approvals, Fusion updates, recertification, OTL etc and provide general administrative support to contractors.
Additionally, the candidate will support Orchestration in their daily activities and projects.
More specifically, you will:
- Facilitate the administration of consultants and contractors for the IAME Programme
- Create and maintain standards and templates
- Ensure SOPs, processes, SharePoint sites, training material…. are maintained and up-to-date
- Look for opportunities to improve existing services for our customers (user guides, FAQs, SOPs….) and measure clients’ satisfaction
- Collecting feedback on various activities and support the production of transversal reports
- Supporting the Leadership Team in their administrative tasks involves assisting them with various day-to-day activities to ensure smooth operations
Required Qualification

- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)

- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Suite (SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proactive attitude towards and motivation for learning
- Knowledge of IDAM purpose, practice and principles is clearly a plus but not essential
