You Will:
- Interpret and translate analytical findings into actionable insights that directly support business strategies and goals.
- Present data-driven recommendations to HR and business stakeholders, clearly articulating implications and supporting them with sound reasoning.
- Design and develop reporting solutions to support key business stakeholders.
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards in Looker Studio.
- Manage and enhance a portfolio of existing dashboards by implementing updates and improvements.
- Ensure the quality, accuracy, and reliability of ETL processes.
- Drive optimisation and automation initiatives to improve workflows for internal teams.
- Collaborate actively on cross-departmental data projects.
- Deliver ad hoc analyses to support data-driven decision-making.
Desired Experience:
- 3+ years of professional experience in HR data analytics.
- Strong SQL skills, with proven ability to extract and manipulate data from relational databases; experience with Google BigQuery is a plus.
- Solid data visualisation skills; familiarity with tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau is an advantage.
- Exposure to scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Full professional fluency in both Polish and English.
