We are looking for /Relationship Manager to join our Sales Solutions team. This role involves engagement with existing and new defined contribution clients (PPK, PPE, PPI/PPO).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Contribution to new business growth and retention of existing business across Defined Contribution buisness line
• Ongoing support of clients and broker network
• Participation in teams strategic projects and initiatives
• Bring new ideas and improvements to the way we work
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Education: Master's degree in business or a related field.
• Experience: at least 3 years of experience in similar sales support / relationship management field
- Fluent in English – understanding written and spoken investment content delivered in English
• Technical Knowledge: understanding of financial markets, macroeconomy, mutual fund products
• Presentation Skills: excellent presentation skills of financial content and product to various groups of stakeholders with various level of knowledge
• Communication & Organization: Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across teams and manage multiple priorities with high degress of independence.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
•Must be motivated and hard working, including possibility to travel often across Poland
- Curiostiy and eagerness to learn, change and adapt
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• CFA, stock broker or investment advisory license is a plus
