Required skills
- React 18: Deep experience with hooks, Context, Suspense, performance profiling/memoization, and component-driven development; state/data layers with Redux Toolkit or Zustand; data-fetching with TanStack Query.
- TypeScript: Advanced types (generics, utility/conditional types), strict mode, type-safe APIs, ESLint/Prettier discipline.
- Backend: Node.js (TypeScript) with NestJS or Express; REST/GraphQL design; serverless patterns on AWS Lambda; event-driven architectures.
- AWS: DynamoDB (single-table design), Step Functions, Lambda, API Gateway, SQS/SNS, CloudWatch; IaC with CDK or Serverless Framework.
- Databases: Postgres (schema design, migrations) and DynamoDB.
- Testing automation: Unit/integration/E2E with Jest, React Testing Library, and Cypress; CI pipelines.
- Clean code & design: SOLID, clean architecture, and proven use of design patterns in real systems.
- Full stack: At least one hire will own both React front end and Node.js back end.
- Nice-to-have: Medusa.js, Next.js, GraphQL, contract testing, performance tuning, Java/Python.
Integration context
- Collaborate with SAP and Salesforce teams to deliver stable, well-typed integrations.
Interview focus (by HM request)
- AWS depth, TypeScript expertise, clean code, and design patterns.
