Improve Customer experience for Fleet Maintenance.

Key accountabilities:
- Supply engineering resource/skills to support tenders and projects.
- Participates actively in the Services Engineering network.
- Assures the technical support to the projects.
- Optimises the scope and related tasks of the Maintenance plan.
- Detects, defines and implements the modifications of the maintained products to improve the reliability and serviceability, in order to reduce project costs and improve the performances of the systems.
- Proposes innovative solutions and develops and implements R&D programs and new technologies in the maintenance projects.
- Analyses the technical performances of the systems and the efficiency of the maintenance plan and processes, promoting action plans to improve them.
- Propose actions to optimise Maintenance plans and LCC.
- Searches for improvement actions in maintenance operations,
- Promotes the use of latest maintenance technics and R&D developments (CBM, RCM, Lean).
- Participates in the REX process.
- Analyses failure criticality studies and uses RCM (Reliability Centred Maintenance) and other available methodologies to define and optimise the maintenance requirements, tasks and intervals.
- Analyses and integrates data coming from Operations (Return on Experience).
- Manages interface with other Product Lines’ Metiers.
- Improve Services Engineering tools & processes
- Ensure that the correct technical governance is being applied (e.g. suitable design and expert input, defining and enforcing architecture/métier standards, methodologies, processes, tools and solution frameworks against which programs and projects can deliver) – focusing inwardly on the internal consistency; and outwardly on its coherence with other solutions/métiers and standards.
- Propose/Support technical innovation and roadmap development as required in answer to the business strategy of his/her field, with a constant preoccupation to make optimization on the internal processes.
- Owns and develops the processes and procedures through which the regional services organizations undertake engineering activities.
- Drives best practice in the site services organizations, ensuring standard solutions and architectures are developed, which maximize reuse and minimize rework.
- Ensure a harmonized approach to resolving obsolescence and safety issues, ensuring issues are identified on all affected fleets and common resolutions are applied.
- Set the competence requirements for fleet maintenance activities and ensure that competence is assessed.
- To provide engineering leadership and governance for services projects, where the necessary competence and experience is not available.
