What you can look forward to as Financial Controller
- Controlling of P&L and balance sheet items to ensure correct accounting and financial information of the company
- Provide financial support for decisions of the company's management
- Preparation of budgets (OP) and financial forecasts (FC) and analysis of deviations from financial plans/forecasts and actuals
- Ensuring the correctness of financial data reporting in accordance with local law, IFRS and in accordance with the company's guidelines including compliance and internal controls.
- Ensuring the accuracy of tax returns and other reports prepared in accordance with local requirements. Supervision of the month, quarter and year-end closing
- Preparation of annual financial statements and presenting financial results to top management.
- Analysis of the financial aspects of various processes (calculation of savings, productivity, etc.) and manage local cashflow.
- Managing in external and internal audits of financial statements according to local law and IFRS.
Your profile as Financial Controller:
- Degree in Business, Controlling, Accounting, Finance or a similar field
- Several Years work experience in Accounting, Tax and/or Controlling
- Experience with MS Office Products and SAP
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP
- Be able to work in a dynamic environment and manage adhoc tasks effectively.
- Fluent English language skills, oral and written (German, Polish, local language is a plus)
- Strong analytic and communication skills and an independent way of work in a quickly changing environment.
