We are looking for a Finance Operations Manager to join our team.
Job Description
- Process and manage financial and operational requests in 1C, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data and documentation.
- Maintain and update financial reports in Excel.
- Provide day-to-day support to the finance team and collaborate with accounting, procurement, and other internal departments.
- Oversee internal documentation flow and support request approvals.
- Work closely with the travel department to ensure timely payment processing for tickets, hotels, and conferences.
- Regularly update and analyze travel-related expense reports and payment requests for accuracy.
Qualifications
- Practical experience with 1C. Strong Excel skills (formulas, filters; pivot tables are a plus)
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and patience when working with data
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions
- Proactive, organized, and responsible approach to daily tasks
- Languages: Ukrainian native, English B1.
