Finance Manager – Poland
Purpose of the role
Senior team member providing support to the businesses decisions.
Works closely with Managing Director to drive profitability across of company.
Responsible for budgeting, accounting, reporting, tax, treasury, payroll internal controls.
Close cooperation with Group Tax, treasury, accounting , audit, controlling teams.
Responsibilities
- Monthly performance reporting and variance analysis – based on central reporting / controlling reports
- Overseeing preparation of all statutory, tax and consolidation reports for local and Group purposes
- Management of the financial matters of the practice including the day to day operations of the outsourced accounting
- Development and implementation of local reporting systems, policies and procedures
- Control and minimize legal and business risks
- Bad Debts - management of the credit risk (credit control and collection) and receivables of the company;
- Coordination of internal and external audits
- Maintaining relationships with banks, insurance companies, auditors, tax authorities
- Operational processes analysis, proposals of modifications, inline with Group procedures

Qualifications and education requirements
- Working experience in audit firms (Big4) and in business, min 10 years together
- Education: Higher Education in Finance / Economy
- Membership of PIBR or ACCA a plus
- Seniority of the role: extensive experience and proven track record
