Job Description
Autodoc Logistics Poland is looking for a hands-on Finance Manager to lead our local finance and accounting operations. This role is perfect for a skilled finance professional with deep accounting expertise who is ready to take on broader leadership and financial responsibilities. You’ll manage a small team, oversee day-to-day accounting, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate closely with the General Manager and Group Finance team.

Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Financial Oversight Lead and develop the Polish Finance team. Oversee all core financial processes including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting in line with Polish GAAP and Autodoc Group policies.
Business Partnership Support the General Manager and department leads with financial insights. Prepare internal reports and provide data-driven recommendations to guide operational and strategic decisions.
Cash Flow & Financing: Manage payment processes, monitor cash flow, and maintain relationships with banks. Evaluate external financing opportunities to support local investments.
Reporting & Compliance: Prepare statutory financial statements and tax declarations (VAT, CIT, NBP). Ensure full compliance with Polish legal and tax regulations and meet all reporting deadlines.
Audit & External Relations: Act as the main point of contact for auditors and regulators. Ensure smooth audits and represent the company during financial inspections.
Asset & Inventory Management: Oversee fixed assets, leased assets, and inventory registers. Ensure accurate tracking and valuation in line with accounting standards.
Group Collaboration & Systems: Work with Group Accounting to align policies, chart of accounts, and reporting standards. Support ERP improvements and ensure accurate system-based financial processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
Minimum 2 years in a Chief Accountant, Deputy Chief Accountant, or equivalent senior accounting role
Strong knowledge of Polish accounting and tax legislation
Fluency in Polish; professional working proficiency in English
At least 1 year of experience leading a team
Experience working with ERP systems
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Reliable, detail-oriented, and accountable
