We’re looking for an ESG Coordinator to support the implementation of our sustainability strategy across the organization and contribute to the creation of ESG reports.
This is a high-impact position for someone passionate about sustainability, with a practical mindset and strong coordination and communication skills. As we design and manufacture our products, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a real impact on their development and environmental footprint.
Once you join our Team you will be responsible for:
ESG reporting
Coordinating ESG reporting in line with ESRS and other standards; collecting input from internal teams and consultants
Sustainability Committee coordination
Planning and supporting Sustainability Management Committee meetings; tracking actions and ensuring cross-team alignment
Stakeholder engagement
Maintaining communication with stakeholders and raising awareness of ESG goals and practices
Consultant coordination
Overseeing collaboration with ESG consultants to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes
Policy & guideline development
Working with teams to develop and implement sustainability policies and procedures across the organization

Requirements
Experience in writing technical content, such as documentation and detailed reports
Knowledge of sustainability and ESG standards (e.g. ESRS, GRI)
Project management experience, including planning and cross-functional coordination
Ability to gather data from different sources (also in direct talks) and to analyse interpret them
Degree in environmental sciences, sustainability, engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)
Working knowledge of tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace
Fluent Polish and good command of English
Working in our Warsaw office 3 days a week
