Working on-site in Warsaw from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Perform some Smart Hands support for networking hardware.
- Troubleshoot within Windows / iOS / Android OS support, software installations, and security updates.
- Manage Active Directory tasks.
- Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues (LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi).
What will you bring to ESP?
- Experience: 1-3 years providing IT infrastructure support, including hardware, software, and operating system troubleshooting
- Languages: A minimum B2+ (CERF) in both English and local language
- Technical skills: Good command of Windows O/S, Active Directory, Basic knowledge of LAN-WAN setups and concepts
- Certifications: CompTIA A+ (or willingness to obtain), ITIL knowledge is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.

- We pay up to 95000 - 100000 PLN per year, dependent upon relevant technical skills and experience, and cultural fit to the role.
