To help us deliver the mission, you will:
- Support Demand and Fulfillment Planning Team in delivering the targeted Service Levels through Root Cause Analysis and coordinating service issues resolution, providing the linkage to Supply Planning.
- Support Demand and Fulfillment Planning Team in delivering targeted Forecast Performance through analysis and follow through of planning capabilities.
- Support the Demand and Fulfillment Planning Team in delivering flawless cross-team process execution through data management and systems administration.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Collaborate with Supply Planning and perform tasks related to creating dependent Demands calculation on time.
- Highlight production planning issues / bottlenecks / propose-initiate immediate action to secure business continuity & customer service availability.
- Contribute to input to IBP reviews to agree upon effective capacity plans that balance customer service, supply cost and inventory targets as well as to ensure that all derailing issues are effectively framed and escalated to the relevant forum for resolution.
- Provide relevant inputs to Category NPD from a capacity/material planning perspective and also ensure an efficient execution of in/out-phasing processes within a short/midterm production horizon.
- Ensure accurate and timely communication of service management information between Markets and the Supply Hubs and Load Control Centre through correct daily & weekly Service Reporting.
- Providing insights and analysis to Daily and Weekly service management processes through Service reporting analysis, proposing actions to avoid immediate Service Risks.
- Analyzing Root Causes to incurred Service Delivery failures, identifying and proposing lessons learned actions to continuously improve the planning processes and planning capabilities.
- Deliver flawless cross-team process execution through Ageing stock management, Master Data management and systems administration. Reduce and mitigate Ageing Stock and waste risk through investigating available options to sell stock to Customers with lower trade life guarantee requirements, by initiating appropriate stock balancing and BU-BU shipments and by following up on execution of local mitigation actions as agreed with Sales / Customer Service Function in order to minimize sales and write-off risks.

- Experience in a fast-moving consumer goods or consumer packaged goods environment, preferably in food or other fast moving, dynamic industry where shelf life is a constraint.
- Able to influence cross-functional teams, working on priorities and improving the plan.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical skills – and able to understand and interpret data.
- Learning on the fly: the ability to analyse complex issues and make appropriate decision.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Team player who can work with many other functions on a daily basis.
- SAP / APO / Excel will be an additional asset.
