About the role
As a Customer Support Specialist, your primary focus will be on delivering personalised and professional service to our corporate customers in Poland, Ireland, and Northern Ireland. Your drive and interpersonal skills will be your greatest assets as you assist customers with their queries and concerns, guiding them through various processes.
Key responsibilities
You will join a small team of open and friendly colleagues who, like you, are committed to ensuring our customers are heard and supported. Among your main responsibilities you will find:
- Offering support to customers via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Helping customers find solutions to a variety of issues, ensuring a timely and positive experience.
- Handling and managing customer inquiries effectively in a dynamic setting. Collaborate with your team by sharing knowledge and best practices, supporting each other in continuous upskilling.

Experience and skills that we would imagine you possess:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Fluency in Polish and English, both spoken and written.
- Strong organisational and prioritising skills, with the ability to manage your workload efficiently, with low level of supervision. Familiarity with Microsoft products is a plus, but not a prerequisite.
Working hours
You will work in 8h shifts between 8.00 am and 6.00 pm from Monday to Friday. We ensure our schedules accommodate Polish and English holidays.
