About This Role:
As a CRM Support & Data Operations Analyst, you will be an integral part of our team, ensuring the seamless availability and accuracy of master and reference data for daily commercial operations and business initiatives for our supported affiliates. You will oversee the processing of Data Change Requests, maintaining alignment and data quality across systems such as Veeva Network and Veeva CRM. Your role involves supporting business users with CRM system operations and delivering master data reports to meet business needs. You will identify and implement improvements to data-related processes and systems, contributing to their efficiency and effectiveness. Additionally, you will participate in or coordinate testing for master data-related systems and applications to support business initiatives.
What You’ll Do:
Proactively monitor tasks and processes to prevent errors and problems.
Process HCP/HCO Data Change Requests and deliver bulk updates for completeness and accuracy.
Analyze HCP/HCO data, running match and merge processes to maximize record accuracy.
Deliver data quality reporting for HCP/HCO master data and reference data areas.
Ensure data alignment between Veeva Network MDM, Veeva CRM and Veeva Align.
Prepare and load changes directly to Veeva Align, coordinating complex changes in territorial structure.
Support testing, adoption, and roll-out of new systems/system releases, developing error reports and training materials.

You thrive in a dynamic environment, adapting to changes while maintaining a focus on data quality and operational efficiency.
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent).
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Very good knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office tools
Proven track record in a data management role with a strong focus on data quality.
Understanding of CRM systems and Business Intelligence concepts and solutions.
Minimum 2-year experience in data analysis or data management-related function.
Preferred Skills:
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with business users.
Ability to identify and implement process improvements in data management.
Experience with Veeva CRM and Veeva Network systems is a plus.

Please note that this role requires a candidate to be a holder of work permit & residency in Poland.
