Job Purpose Summary
Corza Medical is currently seeking a Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis on an INTERIM BASE to start immediately, reporting directly to the VP Finance.
The ideal candidate will serve as a key partner to senior leadership, proactively driving business growth by analyzing data for actionable insights and putting them into the context of market developments. You will be responsible for developing and managing comprehensive financial analyses, leading the budgeting and forecasting processes, and driving the creation of key performance indicators (KPIs). This is a critical role that requires a proactive and in-depth understanding of the business and the drivers that impact results. Leveraging a strong financial background, you will analyze historical performance and predict future results to drive continuous reporting and process improvements

What you will do
- Leading and managing the analysis of current and past financial data to prepare executive-level reports and financial projections.
- Managing the preparation of the company's annual budget and monthly reporting of actual results versus budget.
- Acting as a strategic partner to commercial sales and marketing teams by overseeing the preparation of detailed sales reports by product group, region, and sales leader.
- Developing and implementing advanced analytical models to evaluate and forecast the impact of price, mix, and other key sales drivers.
- Collaborating with cross-functional leaders to manage operational expenses within budget limitations.
- Overseeing the preparation of comprehensive balance sheet and cash flow forecasts.
- Leading and coordinating the review and analysis of financial information with other finance leaders.
- Supervising the accounting and reconciliation of VAT taxes and associated recoveries.
What you will need
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline is required. (MBA or CPA is a plus)
- 7+ years of progressive experience in a financial position
- Demonstrated leadership and strategic thinking.
- Excellent analytical skills and expertise in financial modeling.
- Proven ability to drive business operations through strategic thinking.
- The ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience in creating frameworks for data collection, assessment, and presentation in a commercial organization.
- Strong business focus.
- Knowledge of relational databases and connecting data from multiple sources
- Experience in the medical technology or medical device industry is a plus.
