We are looking for a Commercial Product Specialist – Manure for our Lely Cluster NorthEast. Lely Cluster NorthEast provides support in 13 countries in North & East Europe, and have in total 22 Lely Center´s right now.
We have 2 Cluster office location which serves as offices and training facility for our Lely Centers. One location is in Denmark and the other is in Poland.
Home base for the Commercial Product Specialist – Manure will be at our Cluster office in Bydgoszcz, Poland.

Commercial Product Specialist – Manure, Lely Cluster NorthEast (Poland)

What is your role?
Do you want to help shape the future of sustainable farming? At Lely, we are looking for a Commercial Product Specialist to join our mission of delivering innovative solutions to dairy producers across our Cluster NorthEast, based in Bydgoszcz, Poland.
As a Commercial Product Specialist Manure and vital member of the Business Team Manure will you in close collaboration with the Manager Proposition Manure, bridge the gap between innovation and real-world impact. From training and supporting our Lely Centers to identifying market opportunities and strength our innovative Manure portfolio, your contribution directly empowers farmers and enhances sustainability in their daily operations.
Business Team manure NorthEast consist of 6 energetic colleges in Denmark and Poland. You will refer to Manager Proposition Manure, Mikael Westergaard Lange (DK-Office)
Your geografical areals (East): Lithuania, Latvia, Hungary, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia and (Ukraine).
Qualifications
Your key responsibilities:
Prepare and deliver training sessions for sales teams and project coordinators at the Lely Center.
Continuously observe the market and conduct competitor analysis to identify new commercial opportunities.
Coordinate the launch of new products and translate validated product information into usable sales and marketing materials.
Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders such as advisors and press contacts.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective promotional strategies.
You must expect aprox. 30 traveldays/ year.
What is your experience?
You are passionate about agriculture and thrive in a dynamic environment where collaboration and communication are essential. You know how to translate technical solutions into clear, inspiring messages.
We are looking for someone with the following profile:
Experience in the agricultural sector and/or with technical solutions for farming.
A structured and proactive approach to managing tasks and responsibilities.
Strong collaboration and communication skills – you are a natural coach.
Professional in both Polish and English, written and spoken.
Commercial experience is an advantage – you are market-driven and sales-oriented.
Strong interest in innovation, technology, and sustainable farming solutions.
Enjoys working with various IT support tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Tableau, Salesforce, and Showpad, and knows how to leverage these in developing sales materials.
Currently living in the Poland and preferably close to Bydgoszcz
