THE WORK:
Collecting due receivables according to procedures.
Handling emails & phone calls (external customers and internally to account managers).
Influencing customers, negotiating and building business relationships with stakeholders.
Cooperating with internal departments (finance and sales teams).
Accounts reconciliation and allocation of incoming payments.
Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Knowledge of English and Italian language (min. B2 level in both is required).
Excellent communication and good negotiation skills.
Full-time availability, 8 hours daily from Monday to Friday.
Good knowledge of MS Office package.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high quality and efficiency.
Problem-solving attitude and well-developed organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to quickly adapt to process changes and fast-paced environment.
