In this position you will act as a Trusted Finance Business Partner to Sales Team in Dairy Segment, on all commercial aspects of the business. You will provide financial support in the areas of deal analysis and contract negotiation, pro forma P&Ls, profit management, pricing strategy and execution, contract management, rebate analysis, capital investment, etc. You will work in collaboration with Corporate Accounts Sales Managers to execute segment strategy in line with the Division Leadership's Goals and Objectives.
What You Will Do:
- Prepare complex financial modelling, advise on options, and lead approval process for deals among Finance and Business Leaders.
- Lead pricing campaigns, margin improvement initiatives and other various local projects supporting Sales Managers.
- Communicate across business partners, incl. Ecolab divisions, Marketing representatives, Supply Chain and global stakeholders on various business matters
- Drive business performance in partnership with Sales Management, to deliver financial plan commitments. Continually assess performance and drive actions to leverage opportunities and offset risks.
- Cooperate with other Ecolab departments to ensure pricing and incentive execution
- Deliver various ad hoc analyses

What You Will Need:
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in commercial finance, controlling and financial management reporting in a multinational company
- Good knowledge of financial processes in industry and business understanding behind the financial numbers.
- Good knowledge in the area of revenue, pricing, margin, etc.
- University degree in Finance/Accounting or accounting certification in progress or completed
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to organize and synthesize large amounts of data into meaningful analysis
- Excellent MS Excel modeling skills
- A self-motivated and high energy individual that thrives in a dynamic environment, able to adapt to complex situations
- Team player attitude
- English fluency and strong communication skills mandatory
