Job Description
Sales Manager – Media Analytics & Marketing Effectiveness
As a Sales Hunter, your primary responsibility will be to identify and acquire new business opportunities within the media, FMCG, Non-FMCG and analytics sectors. You will play a key role in expanding our client base by establishing strong relationships with prospective clients and demonstrating the value of our media analytics and marketing effectiveness solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate new leads through research, networking, and targeted outreach.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of potential clients in Eastern Europe.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver worldclass projects.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutual benefit and long-term partnerships.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- 3-4 years of proven sales experience in media, analytics, FMCG, or related sectors.
- Demonstrable success in new business development and hunting new clients.
- Knowledge of media measurement, analytics tools, and marketing effectiveness methodologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, with a strong drive to achieve results.
- Fluency in Polish and English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
