We are looking for a Business Analytics Lead to join our team.
Job Description
- Build the Business Analytics function from the ground up by defining priorities, processes, and standards.
- Hire and lead a team of business analysts.
- Drive research on markets, competitors, products, payment systems, and regulatory changes.
- Deep dive into competitor product offerings (casino, sportsbook, live casino), user experience, and CRM communication flows — from acquisition to retention and reactivation.
- Monitor macroeconomic and geopolitical trends and assess their business impact.
- Analyse and benchmark marketing/media activities and growth trajectories of competitors.
- Stay aligned on regulatory updates and adapt market strategies accordingly.
- Deliver clear, structured reports, dashboards, and strategic presentations for top management.
- Support strategic decision-making with data-driven insights and market evaluations.
- Develop market prioritisation models and support go/no-go decisions for market expansion.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in business analytics, strategic research, or market intelligence.
- Proven track record in building analytical processes or managing analytical teams.
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to generate actionable business insights.
- Excellent data presentation, storytelling, and communication skills.
- Upper-Intermediate level of English.
Nice to have:
- Experience in the iGaming, digital, or e-commerce industry.
- Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and CRM teams.
- Experience preparing strategic materials for C-level stakeholders.
