We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team.
Job Description
- Collect and analyse data on markets, competitors, products, payment providers, and regulatory trends.
- Conduct comparative analysis of product offerings, user flows, CRM campaigns, UX & payments.
- Monitor competitor activity, marketing/media efforts, and geo-expansion.
- Assist in creating detailed market and competitor intelligence reports.
- Support the team in preparing strategic presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Track macroeconomic and geopolitical developments that may affect user behaviour and market potential.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Payments, Marketing, and Legal.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in business analytics, business research, or marketing research.
- Ability to structure and process large volumes of information; extract actionable insights
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
- Ability to present findings clearly in written and visual form.
Nice to have:
- Experience in the iGaming or digital industry.
- Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Understanding of product, UX, CRM flows & Payments flows.
- Experience in competitor monitoring and media activity analysis.
- Awareness of how macroeconomic and geopolitical changes impact business.
