JOB LOCATION: GRUDZIADZ, POLAND
As a Site Engineer (m/f/d), you will primarily be working on-site and support the Site Manager in the organization, supervision, and coordination of all civil works within the framework of a complex power plant project – with a strong focus on schedule adherence, quality, cost efficiency, and occupational safety.
YOUR TASKS
- Responsibility for various civil work packages with respect to EHS, quality, deadlines, and budget
- Leadership of the on-site civil team, including coordination of subcontractors
- Ensuring compliance with and actively promoting EHS regulations and a Zero Harm culture on site
- Representing project interests towards clients, authorities, and external inspectors
- Managing deviations, monitoring construction progress, and overseeing reporting and documentation
- Supporting claim management as well as risk and opportunity assessments

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Civil Engineering or a comparable technical qualification
- Several years of on-site experience, ideally in a leadership role
- Solid knowledge of construction methods and site logistics, preferably in an EPC environment
- Hands-on experience with EHS standards on large industrial construction sites
- Excellent command of English; Polish language skills are a plus
