Job Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution • Develop and implement project plans for the installation and maintenance of electrical and low-current systems in warehouse environments. • Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and budget in collaboration with stakeholders. • Ensure all electrical and low-current installations comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards. Electrical & Low-Current Systems Management • Oversee the installation of power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, CCTV, access control, data networking, and other low-current systems. • Ensure efficient integration of automation and electrical components into warehouse operations. • Conduct risk assessments and ensure the safety of electrical installations. • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and low-current system issues during and after installation. Team Coordination & Supervision • Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers involved in electrical and low-current installations. • Work closely with engineering, construction, IT, and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution. • Provide technical guidance and leadership to project teams. Budget & Resource Management • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective procurement and utilization of resources. • Monitor and control project expenses, ensuring projects remain within budgetary constraints. • Evaluate and approve contractor bids, change orders, and invoices. Quality Assurance & Compliance • Ensure adherence to ISO standards, safety protocols, and electrical compliance codes. • Conduct periodic inspections and audits to maintain quality control. • Document all project activities, including design specifications, installation processes, and testing procedures.
Job Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in electrical and low-current system project management, preferably in warehouse or industrial settings. • Strong knowledge of electrical and low-current systems, automation, and safety regulations. • Experience with PLC, SCADA, BMS, and other warehouse automation systems is a plus. • Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder communication. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Proficiency in AutoCAD, project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera), and electrical design tools. • Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with external contractors. Preferred Certifications: • PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification. • Certified Electrical Engineer (CEE) or equivalent licensing. • OSHA or other safety certification related to electrical and construction work.
