Job Description
Join our Railway Technology & Mobility team
We design Switzerland’s infrastructure for future generations. Our clients include Swiss railway companies and transport operators. Through our projects, we lay the foundation for growing passenger and freight traffic up to 2050. From concept to commissioning, we deliver innovative technical solutions with lasting impact.
Key Responsibilites
- Design electrical installations for railway stations, platforms, technical facilities, and surrounding areas
Develop charging infrastructure for electric mobility (e.g. electric bus systems)
Carry out technical planning tasks in the field of 50 Hz railway systems and transport infrastructure
Perform calculations, dimensioning, and design of power supply and lighting systems
Support projects throughout all phases – from feasibility studies to implementation and commissioning
Prepare cost estimates for planning, construction, and installation
Draft tender documentation and evaluate contractor offers
Assist project managers in meeting project deadlines, budgets, and quality standards
Qualifications
Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline
Experience in electrical design or planning, preferably in infrastructure or mobility projects
Familiarity with Swiss norms and technical standards is an advantage
Proficiency in AutoCAD or other relevant electrical design software
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
Fluency in English; knowledge of German or French is a plus
