Position Description
- Process and verify incoming invoices in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Ensure timely and accurate posting of invoices in SAP.
- Handle Intercompany transactions, including reconciliation and resolution of discrepancies.
- Process travel and expense reports in compliance with company travel policies.
- Execute vendor and employee payments in a timely and accurate manner.
- Perform regular reconciliation of vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Communicate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve invoice and payment issues.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
- Assist in process improvement initiatives and contribute to documentation updates.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
Position Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experiencein Accounts Payable.
- Proficiency in SAP(preferably SAP S/4HANA or SAP FI module).
- Advanced English skills– both written and spoken (minimum B2+/C1 level).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, international environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
