Why This Role Is Right for You
As an AML Officer, you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Rzeszów/ Warsaw/ remote. In your future role, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring compliance with AML regulations, conducting internal controls, and providing expert advice on AML matters. You will be part of a dynamic compliance team, working closely with other departments to implement legal updates and ensure the organization meets all regulatory requirements. Your contributions will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of our processes
About Your Future Role
In this position, you will:
- Developing AML risk assessments covering the entire company’s operations
- Supervising the functioning and updating of the company’s AML documentation
- Conducting control activities as part of the second line of defense
- Preparing and delivering mandatory AML training within the company
- Providing internal guidance on AML compliance matters
- Implementing legal changes related to AML within the organization
- Participating in projects related to new products, tool changes, and regulatory adaptation
- Informing management bodies about AML compliance levels, identifying risks and control mechanisms
- Reporting AML-related data
- Submitting transactions to the FIU (Financial Intelligence Unit) and handling incoming inquiries

Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in AML/CFT within the financial sector
- Theoretical and practical knowledge of AML regulations
- Higher education, preferably in Law, Administration, Economics, Management, or related fields; AML/CFT training and ACAMS certification are a plus
- Proficiency in English at C1 level
- Strong command of MS Office suite
- Highly developed analytical skills
- Excellent work organization and proactive problem-solving approach
