Your main responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team: Provide structure, guidance, and support for a 3-person core team, ensuring effective onboarding, alignment, and collaboration across functions.
- Own and optimize content strategy: Drive the creation and continuous improvement of content strategies and frameworks aligned with business goals, using data to inform decisions and challenge the status quo.
- Ensure content quality and performance: Define high-quality standards, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify opportunities to improve content effectiveness and consistency.
- Strengthen stakeholder collaboration: Build strong, trust-based relationships with key internal stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring open, consistent communication.
- Drive operational excellence and risk mitigation: Oversee and refine end-to-end content-related processes, identify risks early, and ensure timely and efficient delivery—especially during peak periods like Q4.
- Oversee Deals Area development: Lead the strategic evolution of the Deals Area, including managing A/B testing and implementing iterative improvements to enhance the customer experience.
- Lead strategic initiatives: Plan and coordinate major content initiatives such as Brand Weeks, ensuring the team is fully prepared and aligned to deliver on high-impact goals.
- Foster innovation and continuous improvement: Encourage the team to question existing solutions, embrace experimentation, and champion data-driven innovations in content delivery and operations.

- You bring structure, clarity, and motivation to teams facing challenges, and know how to lead through ambiguity
- You’re confident managing tight deadlines, peak workloads, and competing priorities without compromising quality
- You want to make an impact by shaping how content contributes to business success and customer satisfaction
