Your future team
As part of our team, you will be operating at the core of our business, where your financial skills will lead to better decision-making throughout the entire value chain. Together, we make our business run smoothly and contribute to our company’s development and growth. Within your field, you can work on a variety of assignments with a high level of responsibility – from reporting and analyzing business performance to supporting external and internal stakeholders. You will be exposed to projects that develop your skills and allow you to progress your career.
What you will be doing
- Supporting accounting processes in Accounts Payable Department (Shared Services)
- Checking data appearing on invoices from external vendors from other countries and reporting errors
- Administrative tasks
- Working with accounting IT systems
- Supporting suppliers in registration for delivery of e-invoices
- Creating and maintaining reports in Excel (using VBA, Power Query)
What you bring
- Ideally after second year of Bachelor studies
- English – intermediate, Polish- fluent,
- Availability around 30h-35h/week
- Good analytical skills, willingness to learn
- Strong attention to details and accuracy in work
- Advanced working knowledge on MS Office
- Reliable and responsible, able to work independently and manage tasks with limited supervision
